Join us each Sunday in December at 9:30am as we celebrate Our Holy Night. At the Christmas of 1847, 160 years ago, a French parish priest asked his town’s mayor to compose a poem for Christmas Mass. The mayor, Placide Cappeau, composed “Cantique de Noel.” The poem was set to music by his friend, Adolphe Charles Adams. In 1855, it was translated into English by John Sullivan Dwight as O Holy Night. This beloved carol will point us to Our Holy Night in which our souls feel their worth by coming to saving faith in Jesus. Join us as we celebrate!
