Men's Retreat 2017

Dates: April 21st & 22nd, 2017
Place: Camp Rivercrest, Fremont, NE
Speaker: Mark Elliott, Director of Missions for Heartland Church Network
Registration cost: $65 until March 15th and $75 after March 15th.
Items to Bring: Bible, Growing Toward Spiritual Maturity book (if you have one), change of clothes, bedding (e.g. twin sheets or sleeping bag), pillow, towel, toiletries

We invite you to join with us on Apr. 21-22 for the annual Men’s Retreat at Camp Rivercrest in Fremont, Nebraska.  

The focus is on the growth of men toward spiritual maturity through small group fellowship, study, and worship.

Mark Pomeroy, missionary with Christ for City Int’l and founder of Sync with God, will lead us to discover ways to develop our personal growth toward spiritual maturity.

He will be joined by our guest speaker, Mark Elliott, Director of Missions for Heartland Church Network.

The Retreat includes small group breakouts to learn how to apply the tenets of Gary C. Newton’s book: Growing Toward Spiritual Maturity. Through identifying and understanding how we grow toward spiritual maturity using God’s word for guidance, we become more intentional in our use of time and methods. 

The goal of the Retreat is for everyone to leave with a desire to join with others in small groups that will mutually support our continued “Walk in the Footsteps of our Lord” in the following areas:
